Before borrowing money, calculate exactly how much you need and why. Many entrepreneurs raise more money than necessary and waste it. Create a budget covering equipment, ingredients, marketing, rent, and emergency expenses. Then test your idea through pre-orders, events, or small-scale sales. Evidence is much more valuable than optimism.
