I’m 31, working in supply chain, earning around 150k per month. My company is offering 50% tuition support for an MBA from IBA or LUMS. Still feels like a big commitment of time and money.
At your salary and age, the IBA or LUMS MBA is worth it specifically because of the alumni network, not the degree itself. I did LUMS EMBA at 33 while working in banking. The coursework was honestly not revolutionary but I got my next two jobs through batchmates. Supply chain in Pakistan is moving fast with CPEC logistics and e-commerce, and senior roles above 400-500k almost universally have an MBA or foreign degree on the CV as a filter. Since your company is paying 50%, your out of pocket is manageable. Just make sure you get a clause in writing that you can leave after 1 year post-graduation, not 2-3 years, which some companies try to lock in.
